About once a week. I’m not a devotee to any particular grocery store and my preferences change depending on where I’m living. Currently, I live in the suburbs and find the following to have the freshest produce:

My Pancake Breakfast is a little high in calories (~400) coming mostly from the Bisquik mix (120 calories for 1/4 cup). I thought I might try crepes instead to save some calories and time. These crepes are 50 calories each. Haha maybe I can save a whopping 20 calories…
Crepe Breakfast: berries, 2 crepes, marmalade, greek yogurt, fiber one cereal (~300 calories)

I went to Henry’s and got a little carried away! This should last me 2-3 weeks. I eat about 3 servings of fruit a day. I use fruit as my snacks and do not eat snacks like bars or granola, etc.
