Great plan for half marathon training!
WARNING: This is not optimal for weight loss and running is not a “license to eat.” Runner’s need to watch their diet more than those looking to lose weight.
I’m following the Intermediate Plan and currently at Week 6. I have a 10K this Labor Day weekend and I’m aiming for 8-8:30min/mile. My goal is a 9:00 min/mile half marathon. I do weight training on Mondays instead of “Rest” and do Bikram/Vinyasa yoga once a week.
