Bunapi Mushroom, my favorite!! My mom introduced me those these Japanese mushrooms and now I’m in love. 

Ingredients for 4 servings
7 oz. Bunapi, with stems1 bundle of spinach1 can of tuna13 oz. spaghetti1 piece of garlic1 red pepper2 tbsp. olive oil1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. soy sauce

How to cook
Break up Bunapi with fingers. Cut spinach into 2 inch pieces. Saute chopped garlic and red pepper with olive oil, in a pan, at a low temp. Add the Bunapi and then stir fry at high temp. Add boiled spaghetti and spinach. Mix well and add bouillon, salt, and soy sauce to taste. Lastly, top with tuna chunks.
