Friday Morning Grocery Haul! (Taken with Instagram)

Breakfast Staples:

  • Greek Yogurt 
  • Kashi Cereal (low sugar varieties) 
  • Almond milk 
  • Chopped Plums- I use these to make a healthier version of “Raisin Bran.” I mix it with plain, unsweetened wheat bran flakes. 

Fruits 

  • Bananas
  • Red and green grapes 

Greens 

  • Spinach
  • Mustard greens
  • Green beans
