Take some time to clear your mind today. We all need a refresher once in a while. For me, I try to take a moment to slow down, recuperate, and sigh everyday. Try and sit outside, in the shade for 10 minutes and find your stillness. This summer, I got the chance to go to Cancun and spent a lot of time just watching the waters.
