The Strawberry Poppyseed & Chicken Salad  (340 calories)

  • Fresh strawberries, ripe blueberries and fresh pineapple mandarin oranges
  • Fat-free dressing (before editing, I had typed “Rat-free dressing”)
  • Pecans
  • Citrus Pepper Chicken 

Skip the chips, and pair with an apple for a sweet, savory, and calorie-controlled lunch! (It was $10 though…=/ )
