Hello!

My name is Geraldine and most people describe me as bubbly and a “ball of energy.” I am spontaneous energetic, adventurous, and most importantly, optimistic! I am motivated by the unknown and a great physical challenge (meaning I love to work out!). 

I majored in Biochemistry, and minored in Healthcare-Social Issues in college (Class of 2011!). Also, I’ll be starting medical school in 2012! 

Through this blog, I hope to reach out to people and offer ideas and advice on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle which is the best way to ward off disease. Also, I hope to improve myself so I can be a healthy and a positive role model for my community.
