Monday: 1 hr elliptical trainer w/ 5 lb weights, Seventeen’s February Super-Sets
Tuesday: 4 mile run, 20 minutes on elliptical trainer, sporadic core exercises
Wednesday: 8 mile run, Seventeen’s February Super-sets

I don't really know how to cook (same goes for my roommates) and I am on a budget so I end up eating mostly processed food (Which is horrible, I know). What would you recommend to someone on a budget to buy/cook? I'm also trying to eat less meat and hopefully become a vegetarian one day.

Healthy Habits in New Settings: New York
Just got to NYC today! It’s my first time in in the “Big Apple” (is it really touristy to say that?). Ha, anyways, it’s a new year and I’m already thrust in a new situation where my healthy habits and choices will be challenged.
