Anonymous asked: I've seen models that only eat at about 300 calories everyday. Is that healthy? And I'm just curious about one thing. Are we supposed to avoid carbs to lose weight? Or are we suppose to avoid Fat/Saturated Fat to lose weight?

Anonymous asked: I'm a college student who has been living in an apartment for a few months now. I don't really know how to cook (same goes for my roommates) and I am on a budget so I end up eating mostly processed food (Which is horrible, I know). What would you recommend to someone on a budget to buy/cook? I'm also trying to eat less meat and hopefully become a vegetarian one day.
