Anonymous asked: First of all, love your blog. It's very inspirational. I was just wondering, what would you recommend to a "night person" looking to lose some weight and perhaps improve what has become a very unhealthy lifestyle? Thanks in advance and keep up the awesome blog! :)

Anonymous asked: If I'm trying to tone up can I get there by doing cardio and pilates/yoga videos with lifting weights every now and then? Or should I include more weight training into my workouts?

Changes in hormone levels may cause mood-swings…and many of us lament over a bowl of ice cream to calm down leading to weight gain....

I'm a college kid, and I'm working out and running, but I seriously struggle with eating healthier foods. I am on a tight budget as I am buying all my own food. And when I go to the store it seems like it is SO much cheaper to get those...

Anonymous asked: Hi! :) I know you previously answered a question about your eating/workout schedule. I eat good low-cal meals and snacks on a similar schedule day to day, but sometimes I find myself not that hungry. Should I still eat even though I'm not that hungry to ensure that I'm eating enough? Or should I put it off until a later time when I AM hungry even though it might mess up my scheduling?

I just discovered your blog a couple of days ago and I love it! I am wondering what advice you have for stressed out university students who have to stay up late to finish their assignments. Is there a certain time that you stop eating at? What do you do when you are up late, stressed and hungry out of your mind? Is there something I should be eating more of during the day to...
