yogurt diet for 2 weeks  →
I have not lost any weight for a few weeks now, and this seems it may rev up my diet. I would probably replace yoplait with greek yogurt and make sure I’m taking a Vitamin D supplement.

Skyr: Icelandic yogurt which can be an alternative to Greek yogurt. Teff: Healthy grain high in calcium, iron, and protein which can be used in baked goods or as an oatmeal alternative!
