I definitely recommend it if you like to dance and have had some dance experience (it was a bit tricky at first and i've danced/cheered for years). My Health Update
It’s been a year’s work of finding what works for me. The right foods (and not too much), enough sleep, less caffeine, & more action and less complaining seems to do the body good. Easier said than done right?  No more acne- Check!  Hormones balanced- Check! Liver enzymes normal- Check!  Now… Bunions Plantar fascia  Strength-training 3x a week
